Dogs are our most loyal companions and stay with us for better or worse. All dog owners should cherish their dogs and shower them with love. Our love and care helps our furry family members thrive and achieve the happiness they deserve.
The fact that many dogs are abandoned and betrayed by their owners saddens me deeply. The people they consider family suddenly deprive them of the warmth and comfort of home.
These dog owners often throw their dogs into dangerous places without worrying about what might happen to them.
Our next story is about Polly, an adorable puppy who was also abandoned by her family. She was separated from her mother and left on the side of a busy road. The innocent puppy was squealing and hoping his mother would come to his rescue.
A hairy surprise
While the dog waited and hoped to be rescued, many cars and trucks passed by.
Luckily, a kind woman driving on that same road heard some startling screams. She immediately parked her car and started looking around the road and wondering where the noises were coming from.
She got out of her car and after seeing an adorable puppy across the road, she was heartbroken. Polly kept screaming and she was very scared.
The woman knew she had no time to waste, as many trucks were passing by. She feared the puppy would try to cross the road.
She started walking towards the scared dog.
As soon as the dog saw the woman approaching her, it began to move away from her.
The kind-hearted woman spoke to the frightened dog and tried to convince her. After a while, Polly let the woman pick her up and carry her to the car.
Polly learns to trust humans
Polly’s rescuer took her to the vet. The puppy’s fur was filled with fleas, ticks and lice, and she had to stay in the hospital to make a full recovery.
She was unsure of her new surroundings and felt sad because her mother was not with her. Polly didn’t know if she could trust this woman and she tried to bite her.
The woman held her adorable face in her hands and stroked her tenderly. She understood that the dog needed a lot of love.
Polly felt comforted by the gentle touch of his hand.
As the days passed, Polly’s health improved and she began to enjoy cuddles with her rescuer. She was excited and started wagging her tail.
She loved playing with her toys. Polly has transformed into an energetic and confident puppy. She loved interacting with people and became very friendly.
The sweet puppy gets his happy ending
Once fully recovered, Polly was ready to look for a loving home. Sadies Dog Rescue helped her find a wonderful family.
Polly was excited to move into her forever home. Her family promised to adore and cherish her. Surrounded by a loving family, Polly flourished every day. She knew she would never be abandoned again.
I’m happy to know that this adorable puppy got the happy ending she deserved.
Thanks to the good human who saved her life, Polly changed her life.
Unfortunately, cruel dog owners throw their pets into the street without feeling any regret or compassion. Left on the streets without food or shelter, Helpless animals depend on good people to help them and bring them to safety.
