Even if the odds are against you, you should never underestimate the power of destiny! At least that’s what Stuart Little would tell you if he could talk!
This tiny puppy had gone weeks without an adequate meal, forced to fend for himself for months after losing the only hooman he had ever known: his family!
Wandering the streets of Los Angeles wasn’t an easy thing to do, but he trusted people enough to approach them and beg for food, until one day he met his saving angel!
A life-changing encounter
One day, during one of his regular “foraging” missions, this little puppy approached a police officer and asked for food with her adorable, sparkling eyes, without knowing that her life was about to change – for good!
Realizing that it was indeed a stray, the police officer immediately contacted the only person he knew would show up: Suzette Room, Logan’s Legacyfrom Irvine, California.
Hall is a long-time dog lover and rescue who has dedicated her life to helping stray dogs find their forever homes – and she was more than happy to help Stuart Little!
When she arrived to pick up Stuart, this little puppy was very exhausted, but at the same time, he seemed so at peace when she put him in the car. At this moment, he weighed no more than five poundsand Hall knew he needed a good meal plan ASAP.
“We got him to safety and he just snuggled up on my lap. Exhausted, hungry, but still safe. Tonight he’ll have a full stomach and the best night’s sleep he’s ever had. Hall wrote.
After the first introduction, Stuart felt so comfortable that he even climbed over the center console and crawled into Hall’s lap, making himself as comfortable as possible! Soon after, he fell asleep.
The next day, Hall gave Stuart a veterinary exam, where he was treated for fleas.. Other than that, he was a healthy boy with no major health issues. Besides the fact that he needed to gain weight, he was ready to go to foster care – and he did!
Stuart Little is enjoying a whole new life
Despite not having a forever home yet, Stuart couldn’t be happier! He enjoys sharing his foster home with his current caregivers and another puppy sibling. – and he’s quite simply the best dog ever!

One thing is certain: Stuart Little is now a safe boy, and he will never have to worry about finding food again!
