Everyone should know that the meaning of a dog’s life is the relationship with her beloved human and that her whole world revolves around her. Unfortunately, many people are unaware of this or simply ignore it.
This leads to many heartbreaking situations that dogs find themselves in and, unfortunately, some never recover. Today’s story is the best proof: it is about an abandoned puppy who was found on the banks of a river by kind-hearted people.
A good soul did everything so that the puppy remembered this world as a place full of love and kindness.
Heartbreaking screams
As soon as this woman received a call about an abandoned puppy seen by the river, she did not wait a minute but immediately rushed to that place. When she arrived, she was greeted by the little puppy who was shaking in fear and pain, with foam in his mouth.
The people who found him didn’t know how the puppy got there, but they thought he had been abandoned. Another mystery was his loud cries, which they thought it was the result of unbearable pain.
Anyway, this kind-hearted woman didn’t want to think about it anymore but immediately took action. She took the little one in her arms, brought him to the car and soon they were on their way to the vet.
When they arrived at the veterinary clinic, Mali, as they called the puppy, was still shaking and crying. However, veterinarians did not find any serious illnesses and therefore assumed that he was in such a condition because of enormous stress caused by abandonment.
In the meantime, they discovered that people had seen him in the river and that he had ended up on the ground alone. Given this, it is no wonder he is in such a poor psychological state.
On top of all this, they later discovered that Mali had neurological problemswhich explained the foam in his mouth when he was found at the river.
Yet, despite all the difficulties, this great character, and especially his savior, was determined to show Mali what true love really means.
Showered with love
The next day, Mali felt better and the people who took care of him couldn’t hide their joy. Unfortunately, he still wasn’t able to eat on his own, but the vets and his rescuer were confident that that too would quickly change.
After a few days of intensive care and therapy, Mali was finally ready to leave the clinic. His savior received the news with enthusiasm and happily accepted to be his adoptive mother until he makes a full recovery and meets his happy ending.
Although the road to full recovery is still very long, Mali showed he was a great fighter and that he wouldn’t give up so easily. His foster mother helped him along the way, providing him with everything he needed: from food and water to a warm, comfortable bed.
But more than anything else, this little guy benefited the immense love his mother showered on him. The wounds in his soul caused by the action of the person who heartlessly threw him into that river could not be healed in any other way.
In this process, these two created a very strong bond and their life was like a fairy tale during the few days they spent together. This woman could no longer imagine life without her Mali.
Unfortunately, she will soon have to face the harsh reality.
In a better place
The adoptive mother from Mali couldn’t stop thanking God that her fur baby is alive and well. She lived in the belief that there was no end to their love and happiness, and that fueled her heart.
Unfortunately, a week after Mali left the clinic, his condition suddenly got worse and he had to go to the vet again. There, they offered him a new therapy in the hope that it would solve his health problems.
His mother was always by his side and gave him all her love and support. The little one, on the other hand, turned out to be a great fighter who opened his eyes again and again when everyone thought it was over.
This gave her mother hope for a happy ending, as well as the strength to endure these difficult times. Unfortunately, two weeks after his first meeting, all hope was gone. Mali closed its eyes for the last time.
After everything they experienced together, happy and difficult times, his mother had to say one last goodbye. Just as he had cried when she first saw him, she could no longer hold back her tears because of her broken heart.
However, after shedding her last tear on her little body, a moment of intense happiness passed through her. She knew her Mali was in a better place now he left this world filled with love and kindness which she selflessly gave to him.
Mali crossed the rainbow bridge with a smile.
