It is utterly sad to imagine that a dog owner could mistreat and abandon their dog…the most loyal and adorable creature. How can they let down their furry companions and throw them away like they were never a part of their lives?
Lucy is one of those dogs who knows exactly what it feels like to feel abandoned by the person she trusts the most. Not only did his owner dump him, but he also left him tied up on the side of the road.
Despite her owner’s betrayal, Lucy still believed that good humans existed.
Hungry and alone, he spent five days hoping to get the help he needed. Every time he saw humans passing by, he raised his front legs and begged them to help him.
A woman with a giant heart rushes to save him
As soon as a kind-hearted woman heard about the puppy that had been abandoned and tied up on the side of the road, she came to see him.
Before she even met him, she was determined to bring him home and become his adoptive mother.
The moment the dog saw her, he raised his front paws towards her. He begged her to help him with a smile on his face. He hoped she would be the one to save him.
When the puppy saw the woman’s smiling face, he knew she wouldn’t ignore him. He couldn’t contain his happiness. His face was radiant.
Her adoptive mother caressed her beautiful face. The puppy closed his eyes, trying to soak in his cuddles. She broke his chains and freed him.
Lucy is the happiest puppy
The dog, later named Lucy, started jumping for joy. He regained his freedom. He was in heaven.
He kept lowering his head. It was his way of expressing his gratitude to the woman who saved him.
She picked Lucy up and carried him to the car. Lucy was all smiles. While sitting on her lap, the puppy showered his foster mother with kisses. Even though they had never met before, they became friends immediately.
Lucy’s adoptive mother was enchanted by the dog and fell in love with him.
From now on, he will only know happiness. He will never be left alone again.
